Yahya Bin Usman
President Director
Yahya Bin Usman has led PT. Bahtera Bahari Shipyard as President Director since 2015. With more than 30 years of experience in shipyard operations, production, and management, he previously held senior positions at PT. Bumi Anak Negeri and CV. Pusaka Betuah. Beyond his professional achievements, Yahya is actively involved in several community organisations including KKBM, PERPAT, and Yayasan Sekapur Sirih — reflecting his belief that strong leadership extends beyond the workplace.
Muhammad Fauzi
Project Manager
With over 25 years of experience in ship construction and repair projects across Indonesia, Muhammad Fauzi has been part of BBS since 2009. His extensive technical background — spanning roles as Project Engineer, QC Supervisor, PPC, and Marker — underpins his practical approach to project delivery and quality assurance.
Afandy
Design Manager
A graduate in Naval Architecture Engineering from Hasanuddin University, Afandy joined BBS in 2006. After contributing to quality control and project supervision, he was appointed Design Manager in 2018. With more than 20 years of experience, he continues to drive innovation and precision in vessel design and engineering.
Yonsen Nurimba
Yard Manager
Since joining BBS in 2016, Yonsen Nurimba has overseen daily operations and coordination across the shipyard with dedication and discipline. His diverse experience in management and marine industry sales brings both operational insight and people-focused leadership. He is also active in safety and community initiatives, including the Emergency Response Team at PT. McDermott Indonesia and Yayasan Marga Lim Batam.
Demetri Surawijaya
Facility Supervisor
Demetri Surawijaya has spent more than 15 years ensuring the smooth operation of shipyard facilities and infrastructure. As Facility Supervisor since 2014, his knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and yard operations keeps BBS’s production environment efficient, organised, and safe.
